Appointment Notices
Your appointments are very important to the Beyond Bliss Team, and they are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we request at least 24 hours notice for any appointment adjustments.
Rescheduled/Cancelled Appointments
Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations or rescheduling appointments made within 24 hours of the appointment time are subject to a 50% charge of the scheduled service.
No-Shows
Appointments that are missed without prior notice are considered a no-show and are subject to a 100% charge of the scheduled service.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive more than 10 minutes after your scheduled appointment time, we may not be able to accommodate all services booked. Appointments that cannot be completed due to a late arrival may be subject to a cancellation charge.
